What We Offer:

Team Experience: Each team has a maximum of 10 players, ensuring that everyone plays in every game. There are no tryouts or drafts, and teams are formed with a balanced approach to ensure fair competition. Friend requests are accepted but not guaranteed.

Player Kit: Every player receives a game shirt, shorts, and a set of flags. Jerseys are machine washable (cold water) and should be hung to dry.

Practice Structure: Practices are held one hour before games, with optional mid-week practices depending on the coach’s availability. Note: theses additional practices are not organized by NRFF.

Season Structure: Each season includes approximately six regular-season games, culminating in playoffs and a championship day or tournament structure. A Skills and Drills day is held before the season starts to prepare players.

Volunteer Coaches: All our coaches are volunteer parents who share a passion for the game and a commitment to helping players develop their skills. Coaches are not provided by the league, and every team is led by these dedicated volunteers. Up to two coaches per team are eligible for a discount on their child's registration fee. Coaches are required to possess a vulnerable sector background check.

Code of Conduct: All players, coaches, parents/guardians, and spectators are required to know and understand their respective responsibilities under our code of conduct, which is listed on our main website. Everyone involved is subject to sanction by any of the governing bodies Football Niagara is associated with.
