Registration for the 2024 Spring Season opens on January 2, 2024

The league is for both boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence-building,
non-contact football experience. Players will learn the basic skills and fundamentals of football.
Games will be played Saturday Mornings in three different cities (Grimsby, St. Catharines, and Niagara
Falls). The season will run mid April - mid June.

?¢??? Player receives a game shirt, shorts and a set of flags. Jerseys are duo sizes and are machine
washable (cold water) and hang to dry only.
?¢??? 8-10 week season, consist of approx 6 regular season games together with playoffs and
championship day
?¢??? Skills and Drills day prior to the season starting
?¢??? Skills and Drills along with Coaches clinic will be held at Tim Hortons Field (Hamilton), date TBD
?¢??? 12 player (max) rosters so everyone plays every game!
?¢??? Practices are held an hour before the games or sometimes a coach may choose to run a practice
during the week (during the week is not mandatory)
?¢??? NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by 'friend' or 'coach' request. Single players will be
placed on teams with some similarity and familiarity such as same school, neighborhood,
organization, etc. as the other players on the team.
?¢??? ALL coaches are volunteer parents and NOT provided by the league
?¢??? Medals are awarded to the Champions of the grade/age division
Equipment Required:
?¢??? Mouthguard is mandatory
?¢??? Running shoes or cleats (either is fine)
?¢??? Players provide their own water bottle for the game
?¢??? Shirts and Shorts (with no pockets) will be provided

Registration Fee:
New players $190.00 plus $25.00 Ticat ticket for player to NRFF game day at Tim Hortons field, Plus
$22.50 for Football Ontario Insurance and applicable processing fee.
Returning Players $157.50 plus $25.00 Ticat ticket for player to NRFF game day at Tim Hortons field,
Plus $22.50 for Football Ontario Insurance and applicable processing fee. - This applies to all players
who participated in our 2023 spring/fall season and you do not require a new uniform (shirt, shorts &
flags) as we will be using the same reversible jerseys as the previous season. If players require a new
uniform then registration will be the regular cost as noted above.

We at Niagara Regional Flag Football offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund
requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner. A $25.00 admin fee will apply to all
refund requests.
?¢??? FULL or 100% registration fee refund (less credit card transaction fee & admin fee) as long as
requested prior to skills and drills day which is the beginning of our season.
?¢??? NO REFUND request after week 2 of the season beginning.

?¢??? All coaches are volunteers and are not provided by the League.
?¢??? All Coaches and Volunteers must provide the Commissioner of the league with a current
background check.
